Couples Counseling: Find Clarity & Strength in Your Relationship

Are You and Your Partner at a Crossroads?

Even in strong relationships, there are moments when things feel stuck. Maybe you’re facing a big life decision, struggling with communication breakdowns, or having the same conversations over and over without resolution. You both care about the relationship, but something needs to shift. Couples counseling can provide a structured, supportive space to help you and your partner move forward with confidence.

I work with self-aware, growth-oriented couples who are willing to take personal responsibility for their emotions and experiment with new relationship skills. You may feel like you’re stuck in cycles of conflict, but if you and your partner are committed to growth and open to learning new ways of communicating, I can help.

Whether you’re seeking relationship therapy to improve communication or making a decision about the future, my approach provides structured support to help you get unstuck, talk openly, and move forward with clarity.

Who I Work With

My relationship coaching and couples counseling is a great fit if you and your partner:

  • Have a strong foundation but need help navigating a specific challenge.

  • Are facing a major life transition—such as moving in together, marriage, welcoming a child, or separation.

  • Want to improve communication and strengthen your connection.

  • Are considering separation or divorce but want to navigate it with respect, intention, and a thoughtful co-parenting plan (if you have children).

  • Have done individual or couples therapy before and are looking for structured relationship coaching to build on that work.

If you and your partner are considering conscious uncoupling or separation, my role isn’t to convince you to stay together or push you toward a particular outcome. Instead, I provide separation counseling to help you part ways with clarity, mutual respect, and a collaborative plan for co-parenting if there are children between you. Whether you're disentangling a shared life, navigating mixed feelings about ending the relationship, or concerned about how to co-parent, I can help you communicate with care and make intentional decisions about your future.

How Relationship Therapy Can Help

My approach is informed by Relational Life Therapy (Terry Real), Restoration Therapy (Terry Hargrave), and Nonviolent Communication (NVC) principles. These frameworks emphasize personal responsibility, emotional awareness, and collaboration, helping couples move beyond blame and toward deeper understanding.

In our work together, we focus on ensuring both partners feel heard, valued, and understood, without one person feeling like they are giving more or carrying the emotional weight of the relationship alone. The goal is to equip you with practical tools to navigate challenges, communicate effectively, and create a dynamic that feels more balanced and fulfilling.

In our couples therapy sessions, we’ll focus on:

  •  Effective Communication – Learn how to express your needs and truly listen to your partner.

  • Clarity & Decision-Making – Identify what truly matters to each of you.

  • Collaborative Solutions – Find a path forward that respects both perspectives.

  • Navigating Relationship Transitions – Whether staying together, separating, or redefining your relationship, we’ll approach it thoughtfully, not reactively.

Conscious Uncoupling & Separation Counseling –If separation is the next step, we’ll create a respectful, intentional path that minimizes harm and helps you move on with peace and clarity.

A Supportive, Structured Space for Your Relationship

This isn’t about keeping score, placing blame, or forcing a decision one way or another. It’s about creating space for real conversations—ones that help you and your partner move forward with clarity, confidence, and a higher regard for yourself and each other.
